Our Responsibilities
B2BHostingClub agrees to provide services to customers who have completed payment, subject to full compliance with the AUP and TOS. B2BHostingClub reserves the right to decline service to any potential customer at its sole discretion. Failure to adhere to any policies or terms may result in account suspension. B2BHostingClub will be the sole judge of what constitutes an AUP violation and reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice.
Changes
The TOS and AUP of B2BHostingClub are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of B2BHostingClub. Policy changes shall not justify early contract termination or non-payment. Customers acknowledge that the nature of services, initial rates, and charges have been communicated. Customers also understand that rates may change due to hardware availability and market fluctuations. If any change affects the recurring monthly bill, prior notice will be provided before billing.
Refunds
Only hosting services provided by B2BHostingClub are eligible for a limited refund. The refund applies solely to the hosting plan and does not cover additional services such as SSL certificates or domain registration. Refunds are available within 25 days of account registration and apply only to the first service of a new client. Additional orders are not eligible. If you have previously held an account, canceled and re-registered, or opened a second account, you are not eligible for a refund. Violating this agreement voids refund eligibility. Suspended or terminated accounts due to AUP or TOS violations are not eligible. Refunds are only granted for valid issues that cannot be resolved. Misbehavior with the Support Team via chat, ticket, phone, or email will also void the refund policy.
Suspension
If any violation of these rules occurs, B2BHostingClub reserves the right to suspend the violating account. As an administrator, you will have the ability to reactivate your client’s account. Once reactivated, you or your client will have 12 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within 12 hours after reactivation, or if the same account violates the rules again, B2BHostingClub reserves the right to terminate the violating account and disable the client profile. Your administrator profile will not be affected, only the end-client profile will be disabled. The root user will always remain safe from any violations caused by their end users.
Billing Methodology and Information
B2BHostingClub invoices for all services 10 days before the due date. You are responsible for ensuring payment is made by the due date. If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us at least 10 days before the overdue date. Accounts that remain past due will incur a 10% late fee after 5 days of non-payment. This late fee is non-negotiable and will be automatically applied to overdue invoices. If an invoice remains unpaid for 20 days, all associated services are subject to immediate termination. Repeated late payments may result in service termination or additional late fees.
Fraud
If fraud is detected, the fraudulent customer will face immediate suspension or termination at the sole discretion of B2BHostingClub. All available information regarding the fraudulent account will be reported to local authorities and relevant financial institutions. All fraud cases are thoroughly investigated, and fraudulent customers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, whether within the country or internationally.
Disputes and Chargebacks
The Customer acknowledges that any attempt to dispute or initiate a chargeback with PayPal, Payza, Skrill, or their credit card issuer will result in the suspension of all services. Additionally, a fine of $100 will be imposed on the customer's account. A chargeback made under false pretenses is considered fraudulent and will be treated accordingly.
Financial Liability
The Customer acknowledges that the services provided are subject to interruptions for various reasons beyond the control of B2BHostingClub, and any damages resulting from such interruptions are difficult to determine. Therefore, B2BHostingClub shall not be held liable for any damages caused by issues beyond its direct control. Additionally, the Customer agrees that B2BHostingClub's liability for its own negligence shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the affected period. Any attempt to violate the TOS/AUP agreement is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without a refund. B2BHostingClub reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation. A fine of $150 may be imposed for intentional server abuse or violations of the TOS/AUP.
Support
B2BHostingClub provides hardware support related to server functionality. Software support is not offered unless the service is Fully Managed. B2BHostingClub guarantees only the default installation of software under fully managed hosting and is not liable for software configuration. The company is not responsible for data loss due to script misconfiguration. Additional site development support, including script setup and integration, may be available for a fee—contact sales or billing for pricing. Hosting customers can request new PHP extensions or features via a support ticket. B2BHostingClub does not provide support to third-party customers, only to direct customers.
Data and Backups
B2BHostingClub performs weekly backups on all servers to protect critical files. Our servers use Hardware RAID 10, ensuring data is mirrored across secondary drives. However, daily backups for user sites are not created automatically. Users must manually back up their files and download them as needed. We do not restore files accidentally deleted or modified by users—backup restoration is strictly for emergency purposes. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. B2BHostingClub is not liable for lost data, time, income, or any other resource due to faulty or missing backups.
Transfer / Migration
B2BHostingClub’s transfer team will make every effort to assist in migrating your site to our platform. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy, and we cannot guarantee availability, feasibility, or the time required for completion. Each hosting provider has different configurations, and some use proprietary formats that may make migration difficult or impossible. We will do our best, but in some cases, assistance may not be possible. Free transfers are available for 30 days from the signup date. After this period, transfer services will incur a fee—contact our transfer department for a quote. We reserve the right to migrate accounts between data centers without prior notice to comply with policies, local laws, or technical requirements.
DMCA Complaints
B2BHostingClub takes all DMCA complaints seriously and will investigate them promptly. We reserve the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with a substantiated policy violation. Using our services to infringe on copyrights or trademarks is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution of music, books, images, or any copyrighted content. The sale or promotion of counterfeit goods will result in immediate account termination. Accounts found violating copyright laws will have infringing content removed or access disabled. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination. If you believe your copyright or trademark is being infringed, please contact abuse@b2bhostingclub.com with details. Licensing-related issues may require further documentation. We take DMCA complaints very seriously, so please ensure compliance.
Usage and Overages
B2BHostingClub's service plans are designed to meet most customer needs, but usage may vary, especially in storage and bandwidth. We do not automatically charge for additional resources. Customers must keep their email addresses updated in cPanel to receive usage alerts, such as bandwidth warnings at 80%. If limits are exceeded without action, the system may suspend the account.
Our hosting services are not intended for mass file storage. If more than 70% of your allocated space is used for file storage, we may review your account. Harmful or illegal files will lead to notification and potential action.
Additionally, customer programs must not use more than 90% of a single CPU core for over 15 minutes. If usage exceeds 90%, it will be limited automatically. Programs also cannot exceed 200% of two CPU cores for more than 2 minutes.
IP Blacklists
If any Customer or Third-Party User utilizing B2BHostingClub's services, network, or resources causes B2BHostingClub or any assigned IPs to be blacklisted or blocked, B2BHostingClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services of such customers. Additionally, access to services, networks, and resources may be restricted or revoked.
Operating B2BHostingClub’s services on behalf of, in connection with, or reselling to individuals or businesses listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at(https://www.spamhaus.org) is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of this AUP.
Security
Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to breach the security of B2B Hosting Club. Any violation of system or network security may lead to civil or criminal liability. B2B Hosting Club will investigate such incidents and may collaborate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute those involved. These violations include, but are not limited to:
1) Accessing data not intended for the user or logging into a server or account without proper authorization.
2) Attempting to probe, scan, or test a system’s or network’s vulnerability or to bypass security or authentication measures without permission.
3) Disrupting services for any user, host, or network through means such as overloading, flooding, mail bombing, or crashing.
4) Forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of header information in emails or forum posts.
5) Engaging in actions to obtain services that the user is not entitled to.
6) Combining multiple hosting packages to exploit excessive space or bandwidth allocations.
Each hosting package purchased is exclusive to a single domain name and intended use. Users are not permitted to buy multiple plans to merge bandwidth and storage. B2B Hosting Club actively prevents such transactions and considers them deceptive. We offer upgrade options for all services and are open to providing customized solutions upon request.
Violations of system or network security are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences, including civil and criminal liability. Examples of such violations include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access, probing, or scanning of system security or authentication measures, data, or network traffic; interference with services, such as mail bombing, flooding, or deliberate overloading of a system; and forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of header information in emails or newsgroup postings.
Denial of Service Attacks
Any activity that disrupts or affects the ability of others to use our services or any other internet services is strictly prohibited. This includes "Denial of Service" (DoS) attacks against another network, host, or user. Interference with or disruption of other networks, services, or equipment is not allowed. Clients are responsible for ensuring their servers are securely configured. Any action or inaction that enables unauthorized or inappropriate use of their network is not permitted. Unauthorized access or use of another company’s or individual’s computer system will result in immediate account termination.
Liabilities
B2B Hosting Club makes no endorsements, claims, or guarantees regarding the services provided by its customers and holds no liability for any disputes or claims against them. Under no circumstances shall B2B Hosting Club be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or performance of this website or any information, services, or products offered through it. We are not accountable for content hosted on any server within our network and will only take action on questionable material when officially reported via email.
Payment Verification
Customers acknowledge that they may be required to undergo fraud verification measures to ensure both their security and the security of B2B Hosting Club. These checks may include submitting a scanned copy of our Credit Card Authorization Form, a front-side screenshot of the Credit Card used for payment, and a valid photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or Student ID). Additionally, we may request payment verification for transactions made via Credit/Debit Cards. Payments from unverified PayPal accounts may also require further verification documents.
